Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all students, parents, and guardians (“you”) engaging with Xpression Dance Company (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in our classes, you agree to the following:

1. Registration

• A completed registration form must be submitted before a child can attend any class.
• It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided (including medical details) is accurate and up to date.

2. Fees and Payment

• Fees are charged per half-term and must be paid in full before the first class of each half-term, unless agreed otherwise.
• Late payments may result in your child being unable to attend class until the balance is settled.
• Trial sessions may be offered free of charge or at a reduced rate, depending on availability.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Fees are non-refundable once the term has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
• If classes are cancelled by us (e.g. due to illness or venue closure), we will offer a replacement class, credit, or refund for that specific class.
• If you choose to withdraw your child mid-term, we cannot guarantee a refund for any unused classes.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

• Please ensure your child arrives on time and is collected promptly.
• Repeated lateness or non-attendance may affect your child’s place in the class.

5. Behaviour and Conduct

• We expect students to behave respectfully towards teachers and other students.
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in your child being removed from a class.
• We reserve the right to remove any student from the class if their behaviour poses a risk or disrupts other students.

6. Health and Safety

• You must inform us of any medical or special needs your child has before they attend.
• If your child is unwell, please do not send them to their class.
• In case of emergency, we may administer basic first aid or seek professional medical help.

7. Photography and Media

• We may occasionally take photos or videos during classes or performances for promotional use on our website and social media.
• You can opt out of this by notifying us in writing or by checking the correct box on the registration form.

8. Liability

• We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, but participation is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during classes, unless caused by our proven negligence.
• We are not responsible for personal items brought to class.

9. Changes to Timetables or Teachers

• We reserve the right to make changes to class times, dates, venues, or instructors. You will be notified of any changes in advance wherever possible.

10. Data Protection

• We will collect and process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
• Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
